Progress you can watch, and it does not need you
Translation runs on our servers, so you can close the browser and come back. For large documents we email you when it is done.
An interruption does not cost you the work
Progress is checkpointed after every batch. If a run is interrupted, it resumes from the last checkpoint instead of starting over — and you are never charged twice for the same document.
Translation memory
Edit it, translate it again — almost free
Real documents are not translated once. You translate, send it for review, change a few sentences, translate again — three to five times before it is filed. If every round cost full price you would avoid using the tool, so it does not.

- Translate an edited document and only the parts that actually changed are billed.
- Above 95% match, the whole document counts as 20% of its words.
- Sentences you did not touch keep the exact wording you approved last time — including any corrections your reviewer made.

A check that runs in code inspects for missing terminology, wrong numbers, misplaced placeholders and untranslated segments. Errors are auto-repaired in one pass; anything that falls short is clearly flagged for your review.
